Tetanus: For everyone, every 10 years
Zostavas (shingles prevention): For adults over age 65
Pneumovax (pneumonia prevention): For adults over age 65
Flu Shot: For everyone, every year
PAP: Every 3 years for female 21-69
Mammogram: Every 2 years for females 50-74
Fecal Occult Blood: Every 2 years, all 50-74

As per OHIP coverage criteria - if you have visited a walk-in clinic, you may be asked to pay for a second visit to a different family doctor on the same day.
